hey my weightloss buddies

happy tuesday. I’m so happy, I did 25 laps up and down the stairs here at work. I was tired after 3 though lol. I don’t even want to eat anything  bad coz i know how hard it is to burn it off. I realized yesterday that jogging is a great way to relieve stress. I put on some music on my mp3 and just go for it. It feels nice. I’ts been rainy here but rain is much better that snow. I’m gonna go eat my lunch in about 30 min. I’ll be having 3 peices of turkey bacon and a bowl of oatmeal………………………well its 2:30 already, i have eaten 600 calories so far for the day. wow, i’m doing pretty good   lol

    Yikes, stairs are a tough workout. Good for you!!
    You’ll reach your goals if you stay focused and positive. Look at how good you’ll feel at the end!!!

    Wow, 25 laps on the stairs, my legs would feel like jello. Keep up the good work, sounds like you are doing great.

    Doing so very well Yvonne. Keep up the great work ethic. I too would be lost without my oatmeal. I am actually taking it to work tonight for supper because by cutting my caloric intake finally (Christmas was tough) I am finding I am so hungry at night. But oatmeal is so filling and well balanced (pretty high in protein). Have a great weekend and again way to go with finding your grove ;)
